How early should we book Step In Sync for our wedding?
Most couples book us 8–12 months in advance, especially for peak Mumbai wedding season (Nov–Feb). If your dates are flexible or your celebration is more intimate, we can often accommodate shorter timelines. The easiest way to check is to DM us on Instagram or fill the form below with your dates.
Do you only plan weddings in Mumbai?
Mumbai is home base, but we plan destination weddings across India for Mumbai-based families—especially in Goa, Alibaug, Udaipur and Lonavala. Logistics and travel for our team are included in your proposal so there are no surprises.
What is your pricing like?
Our fee depends on guest count, number of events, locations and the kind of support you need (full planning vs. partial). After a quick consultation, we share a customised proposal with transparent inclusions. There is no charge for the first discovery call.
Can you work with vendors we’ve already booked?
Yes. Many couples come to us after booking a few key vendors. We are happy to collaborate with your photographer, venue or caterer, and then fill in the remaining gaps with our trusted partners.
